Don Loving has practiced law since 1993, in South, Central, and North Texas. Don has tried to verdict more than 50 jury trial cases in Nueces, San Patricio, Jim Wells, Bexar, Kerr, Williamson, Travis, Gonzales, Dallas, and Ellis counties. He has managed insurance staff counsel offices in San Antonio and Austin for 11 years, and has worked in-house for USAA, Travelers, Progressive and GEICO. He has litigated cases in almost every county in South and Central Texas. Don's litigation practice has included personal injury, insurance defense, class action, bankruptcy, and first party & bad faith litigation, as both plaintiff and defense counsel. Don has completed the Basic Mediation Training Course & the Advanced Civil and Advanced Family Mediation Training Course by the Mediators & Arbitrators of America. Don was an adjunct professor at the University of The Incarnate Word for 10 years, teaching law and business courses.
