Longoria & Kelly, PLLC was founded in 2018 by life-long friends and business partners, Catrina Purcell Longoria and Patrick J. Kelly. Catrina and Patrick, both raised in Eagle Pass, Texas, formed Longoria & Kelly, PLLC to provide quality legal services in Eagle Pass, Carrizo Springs and surrounding South Texas.
