Steven Harris is of counsel to Longoria & Kelly, PLLC. He has been practicing law in Texas since 1980, focusing on energy litigation, construction litigation and general corporate litigation. In the energy industry, he has represented oil and gas operators, royalty and working interest owners, energy marketing companies, oilfield service and equipment companies, inter and intra-state oil and gas pipelines, energy traders, energy investors, exploration and production companies, and large-scale energy buyers and sellers both domestically and internationally. In the related energy project construction industry, he has represented developers and construction contractors in projects including pipelines for oil, gas and water, biofuels production, and co-generation and electric power generation. He has also represented manufacturers of drilling rigs and various oilfield equipment types.
